  • We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Intern to join our nonprofit organization and provide support in various areas of our programs. This internship will offer valuable hands-on experience in a nonprofit setting and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our mission.

ReDI School of Digital Integration is a non-profit digital school for tech-interested locals and newcomers in Germany.

  • As an intern, you will primarily assist with general program support, English-to-German translations, and laptop maintenance.

1. General Program Support:

Assist program coordinators with various tasks, such as organizing events, preparing materials, and coordinating logistics.

Conduct research and gather relevant information to support program development and implementation.

Assist with administrative duties, including answering inquiries, scheduling meetings, and maintaining files and documents.

2. Translations from English to German:

Provide translation services by accurately translating documents, communications, and materials from English to German.

Ensure translations maintain the original content’s intended meaning, context, and tone.

Review and proofread translated materials for quality assurance.

3. Laptop Maintenance:

Assist with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laptops and computer systems.

Perform routine checks, updates, and software installations to ensure smooth operation.

Coordinate with IT support, if needed, to resolve technical issues.

  • Enthusiasm for our nonprofit mission and willingness to contribute to our cause.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software applications.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Prior experience with coordination, laptop maintenance, or translation is a plus, but not required.

  • Munich
  • This is an unpaid internship position with a flexible start and end date. The intern is expected to work approximately 20/30 hours weekly, spread over 12 weeks. We will work with the selected candidate to establish a mutually agreeable schedule.
