From October 2024, we are offering a 6-month internship with hands-on training and a steep learning curve: Talent Acquisition, Talent Marketing at HR, Employer Branding and Internal Communications – here you will learn how the topics interlink and where you can play to your strengths.
Join our dynamic team and dive into international campaigns, social media content creation, and the new HR system “Workday.” You’ll also monitor employer portals, help build our recruiting hub, and analyze market data. Ideal for HR or marketing students with strong communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and fluency in German and English. SharePoint experience is a bonus!.

Intern Strategic Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (m/f/d).

  • You support our international, target group-specific campaigns with aspects of employer branding and personnel marketing
  • You will be involved in the planned social media posts, follow the processes through to publication and work confidently with Canva
  • You keep an eye on our employer portals and support our HR partners in further developing our presence there
  • You will support us in our global rollout of our new HR system “Workday” in the implementation of recruiting processes
  • You will support us in setting up our internal recruiting hub and marketing it successfully within our company
  • You will analyze new technology and drive strategic direction
  • You will collaborate with the team in creating state of the art training materials using new technology

  • Study in HR, marketing, business administration or communication sciences or a comparable course of study or comparable training with a focus on HR/employer branding/talent acquisition; enrolled in an advanced semester
  • Structured way of working, strong communication and organizational skills
  • Confident handling of MS Office
  • Experience in SharePoint is an advantage
  • Experience with Canva or similar design tools
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
