International Agroservice combines the areas of plant breeding, marketing and sales within KWS. As an International Agroservice Manager (m/f/d) for Hybrid Cereals, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international team and actively contribute to the positioning of new products. In close collaboration with global portfolio management and regional product management, you will play a key role in the success of our BU Cereals.
The workplace is our BU Cereals headquarters in Wohlde(Lower Saxony/Germany). This exciting and varied position is permanentand full-time.

  • Development of cultivation guidelines for new KWS hybrid cereal products based on own trial results.
  • Development and implementation of solutions and strategies for agronomic challenges related to cereal cultivation.
  • Identification of new market trends and, based on this, development of content for digital services for our customers.
  • Planning of field trials and generating trial data.
  • Hosting of regular training sessions for internal stakeholders within the KWS core markets on new topics and trends in cereal cultivation.
  • Recording, analyzing and communicating of external trial results in close collaboration with global portfolio management.

  • University degree in agricultural sciences or related fields with experience in practical agriculture.
  • Solid practice-based knowledge in cereal cultivation, ideally in more than one country.
  • Experience in planning and conducting field trials is an advantage.
  • Good technical understanding, strong IT skills in MS Office, knowledge of statistics is a plus.
  • Fluent English skills (spoken and written) are required; knowledge of German is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex topics, combined with confident manner and a results-oriented, independent working style.
  • Creative thinking and a high level of initiative.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (15%).
