The Opportunity:

You will play a crucial role in expanding Ergobaby’s presence across global markets. This is a unique opportunity to represent a trusted brand in EMEA and APAC, and we welcome candidates with a strong background in working with distributors internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive international growth and expand our B2B client base.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing partners while actively pursuing new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure our offerings meet the unique needs of each market.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent Ergobaby at international trade shows and events.
  • Advise and train partners on product features, handling, and display.
  • Consult partners on online and offline sales channels and marketing activities.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly with international distributors.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional exposure to E-commerce and performance marketing in a Sales role.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to embrace diversity and thrive in a multicultural environment.
  • A genuine passion for parenting solutions and a desire to make a difference in the lives of caregivers worldwide.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint as well as application knowledge of ERP/CRMs
  • Proficiency in additional languages such as Japanese or Mandarin language is considered advantageous.
  • A keen interest in/or exposure to E-commerce and performance marketing
  • Knowledge of related industries e.g. FMCG or textile/consumer goods beneficial but not mandatory.
