Description

As International CRM Manager for More Nutrition, you will be responsible for the continuous development of our CRM strategy for the International Markets (Focus: NL/ UK). You will work with the support of the team to create and manage campaign plans for email communication, including automated lifecycle measures and customer segmentation.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Planning, creating, and sending weekly emails in Klaviyo.
  • Creating creative and personalized emails from content creation to segmentation.
  • Setting up automated, behavior-based lifecycle campaigns.
  • Using A/B and control group testing to continuously optimize your work for greater campaign effectiveness.
  • Being responsible for analyzing and reporting campaign results and recommending KPI improvement measures.
  • Collaborating with the International Team to develop additional communication strategies for the Dutch and UK market.

Your Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ experience in CRM and email marketing
  • Experience with CRM tools and ESPs (Klaviyo experience is preferable)
  • An analytical and solution-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Best case native in Dutch, and fluent in English; German is a Plus
