For our Business Unit Cereals at KWS Lochow GmbH, we are looking for an International Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d) Oilseed Rape for the location in Einbeck at the earliest possible date.
In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global product marketing campaigns for the Cereals Business Unit, with a special focus on Oilseed Rape.
This exciting position is permanent and full-time.
- You develop and implement international product campaigns and marketing concepts for Oilseed Rape that align with the strategic goals of the Business Unit.
- You support the launch of new products and traits in close collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., Agroservice, Portfolio Management, local markets) and create tailored marketing and communication strategies and concepts.
- You optimize and expand existing marketing campaigns, adapting them to current market demands.
- You coordinate cross-business unit marketing projects and work closely with global marketing functions to ensure coherent brand communication.
- You steer external agencies and service providers in the development and implementation of marketing projects.
- You analyze and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of relevant marketing projects and campaigns.
- University degree in agricultural sciences or in business administration, ideally with focus on marketing or agribusiness, or comparable fields of study.
- Proven experience in developing product marketing campaigns, ideally in a B2B setting; knowledge of the agriculture sector is a plus.
- Project management experience in international contexts, with the ability to work effectively across cultural boundaries.
- Fluent English skills, German skills are an advantage.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented work style with high initiative and drive.
- Open and persuasive personality with excellent communication skills, team spirit, and the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally occasionally (up to 10%).
