To communicate with customer about status of projects co-ordinate systems
To organize supplier’s activities, minute and follow up all actions.
To ensure all relevant personnel are aware of project scope.
To prepare all documentation for presentation in customer organized meetings
To manage the customer approval of new processes introduced to the project
To manage the supplier to achieve timing targets
To manage the introduction of new programs into production
To ensure that the deliveries will meet the requirements.
To track all project and change activity, communicate and if necessary escalate problems, delays etc.
Studies of business administration or equivalent or experience in sales/communication, project management
Strong customer focus
Ability to manage processes
Potential to expand skills and knowledge
Highly organized with an ability to set standards for self and others
Ability to cope under pressure
Well respected amongst colleagues, suppliers and customers
Spanish/Italian native speaker
Excellent English communication skills
