As the world leader in the production of innovative medicines, we at Boehringer Ingelheim offer you the opportunity to get to know the many tasks of the AH Performance Management/ Process Optimization division. You accompany us at providing optimized and innovative solutions for our business partners and taking responsibility for projects and reporting measures.
- During your internship in Performance Management/ process Optimization, depending on your area of deployment, we offer you various insights into the activities of process improvement, the development of new dashboards and reports, as well as stakeholder management.
- You will learn the basics of end-to-end supply chain management and deepen your knowledge from your studies.
- You will gain insights into reporting structures and act as an interface between global and local functions of Animal Health.
- In addition, you will take on responsibility as a project leader for initiatives on process improvements or improvements in transparency over delivery performance.
- Students of business or technical studies or similar
- Theoretical and practical knowledge in process optimization or experience in performance management
- Proficient use of MS Office (experience with Power BI is an advantage) as well as strong analytical skills
- Independent and reliable way of working as well as a high willingness to learn
- Interest in IT and software development
- Very good verbal expression and presentation skills in German and English language
What we can offer you:
- As a student intern, you can expect a fair expense allowance (payment of the currently valid minimum wage)
- You will be given 2.5 days of paid time off for every full month of the internship
- A full-time internship is 37.5 hours a week (a smaller number of hours can be arranged)
- In our team we also offer you a hybrid working model in which you can work remotely several days a week!
- The duration of the internship is 6 months. The start of the internship can be made several times a year. Please enter the desired period in your application.
