Your role will be instrumental in managing IT operations for a scale-up with four international offices (Aarhus, Madrid, Copenhagen, and Milan) and a team of 125+ talented professionals. This role will report to our Global People Director and work closely with the People Operations team and the Product and Operations departments. Be part of a fast-growing international SaaS company High level of trust and autonomy in managing IT infrastructure and systems Join a diverse, social, and collaborative team across multiple countries Your responsibilities As the IT Administrator, you will independently oversee the day-to-day IT operations across our four offices while collaborating closely with key stakeholders. Your work will ensure seamless technology operations to support the company’s rapid scaling efforts. Support employee onboarding/offboarding to ensure proper IT setup and security protocols are followed Purchase of headsets, computers and other IT-related hardware Own our internal IT support channel for supporting day-to-day IT issues Monitor and troubleshoot IT systems to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency Ensure compliance with systems, and that new systems being taken into use is compliant With guidance, manage vendor relationships, including procurement of IT tools and services Implement and enforce security best practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies in collaboration with our Development department Qualifications and about you IT administration experience, preferably in a scaling organisation Proven ability to independently manage IT operations for a distributed team across multiple locations Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud environments, incl. Google Workspace Professional fluency in English is a must, and other European languages are a plus Familiarity with security protocols and compliance frameworks Bonus: Experience with a wider set of SaaS tools and knowledge of modern tech stacks About Formalize Formalize is a tech company founded in 2021 with offices in Aarhus, Copenhagen, Milan, and Madrid.
