Description

We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Product Manager (Finance) (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team in Stuttgart. In this role, you will lead and manage the development and execution of a product vision that aligns with the company’s strategic goals and meets customer needs.

  • Lead the end-to-end management of finance-related business and IT services, ensuring optimal availability, capacity, and performance
  • Define and manage product roadmaps in alignment with business objectives and IT strategies
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure a clear understanding of the product vision and the development of features that meet partner needs
  • Oversee the creation, prioritization, and refinement of the product backlog, ensuring items are well-defined and development ready
  • Act as the key stakeholder, staying informed on market and industry trends to guide product vision and development
  • Track, monitor, and report on the performance of all product-related IT services and vendors, ensuring adherence to SLAs and budgets
  • Identify potential risks and continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and overall product success

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field
  • Many years of experience as a Product Owner or similar product management role, with a strong background in Agile methodologies/frameworks
  • Proven experience in managing the full product development lifecycle from inception to launch
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of SAP S4 HANA FICO and ECC FICO
  • Familiarity of finance related applications like Tungsten Readsoft and Coupa Bellin
  • Experience in Oracle ERP Finance is a plus
  • Proven leadership experience with direct responsibility for managing project teams, budgets and timelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Fluency in English; German language skills preferred
