Your tasks

Taking responsibility: Responsibility for IT Service Management in the first / second level area for cloud service delivery

Driving progress: Ensure the quality of ITSM processes; contribute to the implementation of new topics and processes

Managing tasks: Independent monitoring of contract related and SLA responsibilities

Recording conscientiously: Completing and maintaining documentation for cloud topics

Living collaboration: Proactively working together with members of the global IT infrastructure as well as our service providers to ensure contract fulfillment and optimal service delivery
Your profile

Education: Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable training (e.g. IT specialist (m/f/d) with several years of practical experience)

Experience: Professional experience in service delivery; experience with IT governance and IT security management; experience in working with service providers

Know-How: Strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL (ITIL certification is an advantage); knowledge of cloud environment (AWS and/or Azure); familiarity with business workflow processes

Languages: Conversationally fluent English language skills required (min. C1/ C2); German language skills are advantageous

Personality: Goal-and solution-oriented way of working as part of a team, analytical approach to challenges, willingness to constantly deal with new technologies
