Job Mission
As our Junior IT Support Engineers we expect you to provide direct technical assistance to all Remerge employees across the North America, Europe and Asia regions. You will play a crucial role in handling and resolving complex technical issues in the areas of software functionality, physical network support and defect correction by achieving proficiency across Remerge’s internal software toolset and swiftly and seamlessly transitioning issues to other teams where needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the procurement process on a global level with the Senior Support person.
- Take charge of the inventory of hardware across the organisation.
- Offer 1st and 2nd level IT support to our employees in our Berlin office and remotely to our other staff.
- Handle tooling, provisioning and licensing of many of the tools we use within the organisation.
- Assist on planning and improving our automations and processes (e.g. Mobile Device Management, User Provisioning, Licence Management)
- Maintain all 3 of the IT Storerooms onsite in Berlin.
- You have experience MacOS (Apple) and Windows, experience with Cisco Meraki is a big plus.
- As someone in the IT space, you are curious and interested in keeping up with new IT technologies.
- Have a hands-on attitude, a service oriented mindset and are eager to help.
- You are fluent in English and have ideally have German communication skills.
