Maintenance and support of existing IT systems (servers, clients, networks)Managing Users, Services and SystemsAnalysis, troubleshooting, and documentation of incidents, user supportAssisting in optimizing and further developing our IT systemsSupporting the implementation of new technologies within the company
in computer science, IT technology, or a comparable qualificationExpertise in IT administration and network technologyExperience with Windows Server solutions, server virtualization, and Microsoft Office 365Enjoy working with more complex IT environments
