The Role

Provide expert advice on all aspects of Disclosure Management to our customers, partners, and internal colleagues as it pertains to our software. Carry out different customer projects and support our existing customers.

What you’ll do

  • Implement Disclosure Management Software (SmartNotes, Layout Robot, Factory, and XBRL-Tagger) for both new and existing customers while ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Consult and train our customers, offering expert advice on Disclosure Management best practices.
  • Create insightful reports using SmartNotes and provide recommendations for process optimization in reporting.

  • A University degree, preferably with a focus on controlling, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge in business management topics with a strong desire to learn more.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a structured, solution-oriented approach.
  • Affinity for software and IT applications, with a good proficiency in Excel and related tools.
  • Good communication skills in German and English.
