Description

As Junior Inside Sales Manager, you will build a predictable, phone-first top-of-funnel, convert cold accounts into qualified opportunities, and surface upsell potential among existing customers — while keeping Salesforce data complete and reliable.

​​​​Outbound & Lead Development

  • Execute structured cold-calling cadences; qualify prospects and book discovery/demo meetings
  • Warm cold leads via sequenced follow-ups (phone-first; email/LinkedIn where useful)
  • Meet follow-up SLAs and keep next steps crystal clear

Customer Expansion

  • Proactively engage existing customers for upsell/cross-sell and reactivation
  • Identify product-based expansion triggers and schedule expansion calls

Funnel & Process Management

  • Operate a clear funnel (Attempt → Connect → Qualified → Meeting → Opportunity)
  • Diagnose bottlenecks (e.g., connect rate), prospect availability and iterate cadences, scripts, and timing
  • Maintain and refine talk tracks, objection handling, and short pitches; run A/B tests

Salesforce & Reporting

  • Log all activities, notes, and next steps; ensure data hygiene and deduplication
  • Drive work through Salesforce Campaigns (no side lists); build simple dashboards
  • Track and improve core KPIs: connect rate, qualification rate, meeting-set rate, show rate, and pipeline created (incl. upsell)

Collaboration & Handoffs

  • Hand off qualified meetings cleanly to AEs with context and expected outcomes
  • Share market and product feedback with Marketing & Product to inform messaging and

  • First experience in phone-based B2B Inside Sales / SDR (SaaS preferred) with a track record of meeting activity & conversion targets
  • Confident cold caller with structured discovery and objection handling; always sets clear next steps
  • Salesforce proficiency (Leads/Accounts/Opportunities, activities, notes, basic reports); Campaigns experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with cadence tools / power dialers (e.g., Salesforce Dialer, Ringcentral) and disciplined follow-up SLAs
  • Data-driven, process-first mindset; comfortable working to funnel KPIs
  • Full German and English proficiency
  • Basic dashboard/report building; exposure to SaaS sales motions
