As a Jr. IT Support Officer for the applike Group, you will keep our office infrastructure and tech setup running smoothly and support a small team’s activities.

- You will provide first and second-level support
- Ensure that our workplace tech is constantly working: Network, Wi-Fi, Internet Access, Meeting Rooms, Tech Equipment in common spaces and offices, etc.
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software (macOS, windows and Linux platforms)
- Create and maintain tips and tricks solutions in our Confluence
- Proper management of the IT warehouse
- Provide the set-up and removal of technical equipment
- Manage over 250 workstations, mainly onsite in Hamburg but also remotely
- Ensure proper security of our computers and network
- Contributes to the company’s IT journey towards zero touch and ISO 27001 certification
- Experience in System Administrator roles or equivalent experience
- Expertise in various fields such as operating system administration, network security setup, infrastructure fallbacks, and process automation is highly valued. While it’s beneficial to have prior experience in these areas, we also welcome individuals who are eager to learn and passionate about these topics.
- Knowledge in working with Windows and Mac
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Independent, reliable way of working, high motivation, and hands-on mentality
- Strong command of English and German (min. B2) language spoken and written
- Good to have: Experience in onboarding, coaching and mentoring working students, interns and other more junior colleagues
