Description
As a Junior Sales Manager, you will be an integral part of our international sales team, focused on driving growth and building strong client relationships within the DACH region. This role is ideal for someone who has already gained some experience in sales and is eager to grow further under the mentorship of senior colleagues.
- Achieve growth and meet sales targets by identifying and developing new business opportunities in the DACH region.
- Support the creation and execution of sales strategies and project plans, including pricing structures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the region.
- Present and demonstrate our software solutions to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations that align with client objectives.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, networking events, and road shows.
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales or a related field.
- You have 3-5 years of experience in software sales, ideally with a background in SaaS, telecom, or utilities.
- You are experienced in developing and scaling channel partnerships, preferably within the German-speaking region.
- You possess strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- You are capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities.
- You have a proactive approach to learning and professional growth.
- You are business fluent in German and English.
