The Junior Sales Manager is responsible for contribution to the company’s growth strategy. This position will work on new sales opportunities, develop a pipeline and proactively sell the company’s services, benefits and value proposition.
Your responsibility:
- Ensure a high number of sales visits and deliver sales budget,,
- Development of a continuous sales pipeline,
- Implement the sales strategy for the assigned customers and prospects,
- Deliver effective sales process and use all supporting sales tools,
- Collect and maintain information on the requirements, organization, budget and preferences of potential customers,
- Focus on matching CHEP service offers to customer requirements and needs,
- Work closely with team members and with other company departments to accelerate sales process,
- Quickly build relationships to decision makers at customers and prospects,
- Work on sales leads and convert the sales leads to opportunities and then to customers,
- Collect market requirements and market data and communicate with the sales team,
- Prepare and deliver commercial proposals to the prospects,
- Prepare, negotiate and finalise contracts,
- Focus on delivery and performance and seek achievements above the set targets.
- Commercial Qualification, academic background is an advantage,
- First experience in sales role,
- FMCG or supply chain experience is an advantage,
- Negotiation skills, conceptual selling approach, result driven, persistency, interpersonal skills,
- Fluent German & English are a must.
