- Expansion and maintenance of decision-maker networks (e.g. light planners, architects, wholesalers, etc.)
- Active travel in the defined sales area
- Competent advice, support and Acquisition of new key account customers
- Presentation of our products/solutions on site
- Implementation of product training at the customer
- Independent preparation of sales and budget planning
- Traceable and complete project and data maintenance (SAP CRM)
- Development of individual offers and concepts
- Completed technical or commercial degree Degree or comparable training
- Sound sales experience in the lighting industry advantageous
- Security in acquisition and closing
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical, solution-oriented thinking, as well as organizational skills and independence
- Very good MS Office and SAP skills
