- Manage and align customer expectations through effective communication and relationship management
- Actively plan and execute strategies for key accounts, focusing on customer value and satisfaction
- Conduct regular structured review meetings to assess account health and performance
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing and potential customers
- Connect and collaborate with global key account teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Gather relevant customer information for RFI/RFP/RFQ processes
- Conduct regular visits to existing and potential customers to strengthen relationships
- Generate cross-sell and upsell opportunities across all Nippon Express services
- Collaborate closely with the regional sales community and the Industry Vertical Head for Semiconductor
- Organize and lead customer review meetings to facilitate dialogue and address concerns
- Develop, build, and nurture long-term partnerships with global accounts to enhance account penetration
- Support a successful handover between Sales and Operations, working closely with Customer Care and Implementation teams
- Provide timely and insightful RFQ Post Mortem analysis to Tender Management and stakeholders involved in the RFQ process
- Successfully completed an apprenticeship with a diploma in global forwarding or a related field
- Demonstrated sales skills (both indoor and outdoor) coupled with a strong analytical mindset
- Over 5 years of experience in air, ocean, rail, and logistics sectors
- Proficiency in multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual)
- Strong communication skills to effectively address client inquiries in a timely manner
