That’s where you come in: We’re looking for an International Key Account Sales Manager (m/f/d) to help us drive this exciting journey forward.
Being a Key Account Sales Manager at bookingkit is not your typical 9 to 5 job. With 10 years of experience in the Tours, Activities, and Attractions industry, working with us is for those looking to shape processes and proactively build the future of a company transitioning out of the startup status in the dynamic and evolving SaaS environment. About bookingkit GmbH
It started with four people and one joint dream. Now, ten years later, dozens of bookingkids support Europe’s leading Software for Tours, Activities & Attractions and share their dream.
With our marketing and lead research teams providing inbound leads and the soundproof Sales tech stack you have at your disposal:
- You will identify C-level decision makers for Key Accounts in the European sector of Tours and Activities (with over 1 million € annual revenue) and convince them in person or over the phone to cooperate with bookingkit – long sales cycles.
- You will conduct an excellent discovery and demand analysis by preparing and executing both the business and technical strategy to fully understand the business case before approaching clients.
- You will build rapport with the sponsors and function as the project manager between the vendors buying center and other stakeholders like the internal product, engineering and accounting team.
- You will function as a link between customer, product management and customer success and provide feedback to continuously improve processes.
- You will regularly generate opportunities from your own outreach via mail, phone, or fairs.
- You will keep close track of all opportunities in your pipeline and will support buying centers in their decision by analyzing external market factors.
- You will share your insights into strategy, objectives and challenges of new customers with our onboarding and success team to help them achieve a perfect adoption of bookingkit in the after sales.
- You have at least 2 years working experience in B2B sales.
- Great presentation and communication skills help you demonstrate to stakeholders with little technical understanding how our software addresses their needs.
- You are a passionate networker. An entrepreneurial mindset and analytical skills allow you to pitch decision makers at all levels.
- You are familiar with sales frameworks like data-driven and consultative sales, MEDDIC, SPICED asf.
- You are a convincing, very reflected person. You have proven that you are very solution-oriented and results-driven by successfully leading and concluding complex contract negotiations.
- You are a tech-savvy person feeling confident in using a modern tool stack.
- You are fluent in English and second European language (Italian, Dutch or one of the Nordic languages).
Nice-to-Haves
- You have contacts and experience within the tourism industry.
- You have experience in the SaaS environment.
