  • Assemble and configure test benches to accurately simulate single-house environments, integrating PV systems, battery storage units, heat pumps, and EV chargers.
  • Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accurate measurements and reliable test results
  • Perform functional tests to verify our energy management system is operating correctly and according to specifications
  • Design and implement test procedures to evaluate the compatibility of OEM components within our Heartbeat platform, and also to analyze and troubleshoot customer-facing technical issues.
  • Provide 3rd-level support to solve technical problems working closely with other support tiers, engineering teams and stakeholders.
  • Document test procedures and results, support processes, issue resolutions, and best practices for reference and continuous improvement
  • Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to lower-level support teams, contributing to skill development and improving overall support capabilities.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of testing methodologies and procedures

  • Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering or mechatronics, ideally with a focus on measurement technology
  • Alternatively completed vocational training in one of these areas and practical experience in a laboratory
  • 2+ years of experience in assembly, testing, or maintenance of electrical systems, preferably in the renewable energy industry
  • Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and technical documentation
  • Hands-on experience with electrical testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power analyzers
  • Experience collaborating with support teams and stakeholders to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Strong documentation skills, with the ability to record and communicate test procedures, results, and best practices
