ABOUT THE JOB

As Lead HR IT Consultant you will be a crucial part of our team and help to optimize our HR processes through the use of state-of-the-art IT solutions.

JOB DESCRIPTION

/ Functional management of the IT onsite and offshore IT-team

/ Interface function between HR and IT

/ Advising and supporting the specialist departments on all IT-related issues in the HR area

/ Project management and leadership of HR IT projects

/ Analyzing, designing and implementing HR IT systems

/ Degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification

/ Several years of experience in HR IT, preferably in an industrial company

/ In-depth knowledge of HR IT systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar solutions

/ Analytical skills and a strong understanding of HR processes

/ Fluent in English required, German language skills beneficial

/ Team spirit, initiative and an independent way of working
