As a Life Cycle Project Manager you will be responsible for the planning, realization and implementation of life cycle events (e.g. launches, transfers, product and manufacturing changes) and the management of a cross- functional project team for timely and effective project execution.

  • Formation and leading project teams
  • Project management across all project phases (project definition, implementation and completion)
  • Creating project plans, tracking project progress in order to achieve milestones and project goals
  • Initiating a suitable submission and implementation strategy, taking into account the product strategy and other relevant projects
  • Identifying potential risks and taking appropriate actions (risk management)
  • Managing life cycle programs with the aim of prioritizing projects, identifying synergies and dependencies between projects and ensuring optimal project control and prioritization
  • Continuous process improvement of life cycle project management processes
  • Collaboration in cross-departmental initiatives to improve processes and internal workflows

  • Experience in various functions, e.g. supply chain/production and/or technical development or regulatory affairs with clear understanding of business processes in a highly regulated environment, preferably pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience/knowledge in project management and leading cross-functional project teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to interpret and convey complex information.
  • Ability to take a holistic view of project activities
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English
