About the RoleNinjaOne is s searching for an experienced Localization QA Specialist to ensure our Japanese product and documentation translations meet the highest quality standards. Reporting directly to Localization Manager, this role is central to ensure all Japanese content across product, documentation, marketing and sales collateral uphold the high standards of quality our English customers are already accustomed to. Through your intimate knowledge about Japanese culture and user expectations you will be a key resource to ensure our Japanese Go-To-Market initiative will be a success.

You will use your localization experience to make sure our SaaS platform delivers a native language experience for our customer base, consisting of Japanese Managed Service Providers and Internal IT Departments. This includes translation of English assets in to Japanese, reviewing vendor translations in our UI, and post editing documentation articles. In this role you will also create style guides and glossaries to train our vendors and establish localization best practices to make sure Japanese linguistic nuances meet the expectations of our IT audience in Japan.
