Huizhong Automotive Chassis System Germany GmbH (SHAC Germany) is the European center, working as the interface at the European automobile manufactures and partners with multi-functional roles (sales, engineering, quality, logistic, purchasing and etc.)

Objectives of the position
The main objective of this position, administrative assistant is to work together with the team German subsidiary and continue to grow the business in Europe. In addition, the job holder is involved in administrative and accounting, and support SHAC China in all administrative topics that arise.
Responsibilities
– Coordinate with the external bonded warehouse to development and implement standard operating procedures together with the partner
– Track the receipt, storage, in-transit and dispatch of automotive parts to ensure accurate inventory levels.
– Regular stock Audits and inventory counts
– Monitor call-offs and shipping of the call-offs and ensure that there’s no delay to the customer. Work closely with the partner related to order fulfillment or part availability.
– Resolve customer complaints related to warehouse operations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
– Handle any logistical issues, such as delays or damaged shipments, promptly and effectively.
– Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance to senior management.
– Participate in strategic planning for the overall supply chain and logistics operations
– He/she is responsible for other logistic topics, when the task is assigned by the supervisor
Collaboration
The job holder works closely with colleagues from the parent company to complete the tasks at hand in the best possible and collaborative manner. Special attention is given to the interaction with the direct supervisor as regular reports are submitted and analyzed.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
– At least 1 year of experience in warehouse management, preferably within the automotive parts or related industry
– Proven track record of managing inventory control, order fulfilment, and warehouse operations
– Familiarity with automotive parts and their storage requirements is highly desirable
– Ability to quickly identify issues and develop solutions, especially in high-pressure situations.
– Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
– Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and German for coordinating with different teams and stakeholders.
– Proficient business IT skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), preferably experience with ERP system, such as SAP.
