- Serve as the Product Owner for the M365 platform
- Develop and implement Microsoft 365 architecture models and solution designs
- Provide strategic and technological advice on Microsoft 365 products
- Support and further develop a key user community
- Manage and execute M365 migration and rollout projects globally
- Drive change & adoption strategy within the organization (training, workshops)
- Degree in business informatics, computer science, or a related field
- Strong consulting, project management, and customer service skills
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 features
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
- Excellent teamwork, organizational, and communication skills
