The Business Transformation Management team supports all Uniper business areas to drive key strategic initiatives across the organization. Besides that, we act as advisors and coaches for project management related topics for our senior management and operational project managers.

The M&A IT Program within Business Transformation Management supports Merger and Acquisition (M&A) deals and the current De-Investment pipeline of Uniper. As the PMO, you will support M&A IT Project managers to execute IT related M&A projects end-to-end in all project phases:

  • Work closely with M&A IT Project Managers and support their daily operations
  • Take on tasks from M&A IT Project Managers and take over responsibility for project management deliverables (e.g. tracking sheets, budget overviews etc.)
  • Prepare, organize, moderate and document meetings
  • Support internal and external stakeholder management, maintain program delivery roadmap and reporting (time, quality, cost and risks)
  • Ensure adherence to the M&A IT framework for all IT M&A projects
  • Support the project managers to adhere to all relevant IT governance processes
  • Maintain the overall program budget and resource forecast

  • 3-4 years of experience in supporting IT projects
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Team, Sharepoint)
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in working across functions in a functional organisation
  • Strong analytical skills and being able to independently apply it to complex problem statements
  • Experience in M&A IT transactions is a benefit
  • Knowledge of the Uniper IT structure, processes and governance is a plus
  • Proactive, highly energetic team player with ability to handle strong personalities at different levels to the company
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexibility and resilience to work in strictly confidential and time critical environments
  • Experience in working in intercultural teams
  • Willingness to travel if project assignment requires
