– Operate document production machines
– Prepare machines for daily production: load materials, Clean up the Machine
– Monitor job progress and machine performance to ensure efficient workflow
– Conduct quality checks finished documents for alignment, completeness, and correct finishing
– Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance
– Follow job instructions, work orders and precisely to ensure compliance with customer specifications and internal standards
– Maintain accurate production logs and report any deviations and equipment issues to the supervisor
– Adhere to safety protocols, data protection, and confidentiality requirements, particularly in secure document environments
– Support team members and shift activities to meet overall production goals

– Experience in operating machinery in a production environment is preferred
– Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new machines quickly
– Ability to follow detailed instructions and work accurately with documents
– Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail
– Basic computer skills are an advantage
