Your tasks:

  • Full handling of Part 145 Maintenance requests from quotation for inspection and parts to work package technical evaluation over to production planning
  • Handling of material request and processing of quotes
  • Organizing and participating pre-input/incoming and status meetings
  • Participating in the development of a data base system, work procedures and tools with the aim to improve quote process efficiency and transparency
  • Fulfillment; closing of work package and preparation of final documentation to the customer

Your profile:

  • A minimum of 3 years in Business Aviation experience with technical knowledge is required 
  • Good understanding of the aerospace industry, OEMs, and the regulatory framework
  • Current HF, FTS, EWIS and Part 145 Continuation certification
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), LTB400 knowledge would be an advantage
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Good English skills, verbal and written, French and/or German would be an advantage
  • Swiss or EU citizen
  • Domiciled in the Area of EuroAirport Basel
