Description
– Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
– Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and minor electronic faults
– Ensure quick response to breakdowns to minimize production downtime
– Support production team with machine setup, alignment, calibration, and testing
– Collaborate with operators and supervisors to optimize machine performance and reduce recurring issues
– Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, service reports, and equipment performance
– Track spare parts usage and assist in inventory management for maintenance supplies
– Propose and implement equipment or workflow improvements to increase reliability and efficiency
– Assist in installing or upgrading equipment and participate in commissioning and testing
– Adhere to safety protocols, data protection, and confidentiality requirements, particularly in secure document environments
– Technical degree or vocational training in mechatronics, industrial maintenance, electronics, or a related field
– Proven experience in maintaining and repairing industrial or production machinery
– Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
– Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
– Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
– Forklift certification is a plus
– Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
