  • International customer support and answering questions regarding delivery dates, technician deployment
  • Creating order confirmations, shipping documents and invoices
  • Maintenance of master data
  • Keeping stock accounts,
  • Inventory control Incoming/outgoing goods
  • Cooperation with external service partners
  • Commissioning as part of ongoing projects
  • Procurement of production and trading goods
  • Answering telephone calls (entering support tickets)
  • Inventory of internal warehouses

  • Completed commercial training
  • Many years of experience in warehousing,
  • Order processing/ internal sales
  • Competence and experience in dealing with personal and telephone contacts
  • Quick comprehension and high quality standards
  • Very good self-organization and high ability to work in a team
  • Motivation, open-mindedness, reliability,
  • Willingness to work independently,
  • Structured work
  • Secure use of Microsoft Office
  • Experience in working with a merchandise management system
  • Good written and spoken English skills are an advantage but not essential
