- Supporting the management
- Preparation and coordination of meetings, appointments and business trips .
- Preparation of presentations, reports and minutes .
- Communication interface
- Collaboration on projects and support with strategic decisions.
- Completed commercial training
- Professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in a medium-sized company.
- Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working.
- Confident in using MS Office and modern communication tools.
- Discretion, reliability and a sense of priorities.
