Apply today and join us for a life-changing career! The Position As manager you will be responsible for the PAS-X (MES system) team within the Emerging Technologies IT area. The team are responsible for initiating, driving, and participating in various PAS-X projects and tasks with the purpose to ensure our optimization and automation of our production processes. The main tasks will be to: Set the direction and create structure. Training and coach the team. Have technical understanding and LEAN mindset. Be part of the management team in ET IT. Work closely with other leaders ET. Ensure that the project Roadmap is up-to-date. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: An academical background in engineering, pharma, sciences or similar. 2 years of leadership experience preferable from previous roles. Work experience within IT will be an advantage. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus, but not a requirement. Strong interpersonal skills by being trustworthy and clear in your communication. As a leader, you are clear and authentic in your leadership and can motivate and create energy and commitment around you. You have a natural interest in technology and are driven by optimizing processes, which is why LEAN is a natural part of your leadership. About the Department The IT department consist of 36 dedicated colleagues split into 3 teams. We are all responsible for the IT and automation support to facilities on-site in Høje-Taastrup. Our tasks are to ensure that IT systems are maintained and operates in a validated state. You will be in a team, where there is a great atmosphere and team spirit. We are a group of people with various backgrounds, but we all have in common that we want to support and help each other, have a good time and make a big difference.
