- Development and improvement of MediaMarktSaturn’s four different store formats
- International steering of projects for new store formats in the countries
- Definition of standards for the rollout of MediaMarktSaturn’s store formats
- Development of international standardized KPIs
- Development of new business models for the store formats
- University degree or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in retail
- Understanding of customer insights/motives and how to adapt concepts
- Creative and conceptual skills and a pronounced understanding of operative business
- Strong project management and communication skills as well as assertiveness
- Ability to travel internationally on occasional basis
- Fluent in German and English would be an advantage
