  • Assume overall responsibility for training activities in a regional hub as part of multiple (parallel) SAP S/4HANA deployment projects

  • Lead implementation and coordination of delivery of comprehensive training programs

  • Manage the design, improvement and delivery of training materials, incl. web-based & instructor-led trainings, simulations & learning guides

  • Define and safeguard training standards, quality and methodology

  • In alignment with global training lead and CurioZ department, coordinate and supervise the training team(s) and trainers

  • Provide support and guidance to trainers as needed, incl. evaluation and further qualification of trainers

  • Track and report on training progress & issues

  • Report functionally to global training lead and ensure that rules & guidelines from global lead are executed in the hub

  • University degree in business administration or similar

  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a training-related environment, preferably in a leading role

  • Proven track record of design and delivery of SAP trainings – ideally with SAP EnableNow

  • Solid understanding of training methodology

  • Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA enablement

  • Demonstrated leadership skills to manage regional training teams

  • Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
