The Mercedes-Benz Experience Center (MB.EC) aims to deliver a world-class luxury customer experience globally by connecting all marketing departments and functions. This holistic program ensures a unified luxury voice, efficient delivery, capability enhancement, and supports efficiency targets.

The goal of implementing Instant Feedback at touchpoints is to enhance customer experiences through real-time insights, enabling swift adjustments and improvements. By continuously measuring and monitoring touchpoint performance with direct customer feedback, this approach drives ongoing refinement and optimization of interactions, ultimately delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting business objectives effectively.

You will work in close collaboration between global and regional marketing experts, with the main goal of support the Program Management of the MB.EC and Instant Feedback

From your new role, you can expect:

  • High involvement and responsibility for preparation and participation in workshops (e.g., topic specific presentations and brainstorming boards)
  • You will support the implementation of the Program Management of the Experience Center in collaboration with our agency and internal stakeholders
  • Independent, content-related collaboration with the defined Swarms/Initiatives
  • Analysis and creation of report for the steering of the program
  • Responsible for the instant feedback tool that captures customer responses in real-time to enhance the relevance of customer data
  • Creation of surveys for every Touchpoints for the Europe and Oversees regions
  • A great working culture and the atmosphere combined with the advantages of a large international corporation
  • A flexible and agile working environment in intercultural and interdisciplinary teams
  • Great freedom of design and short decision-making processes

Ideally, you bring the following:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing Communication, Business Informatics, Economics, or a comparable course of study
  • Very good knowledge of English (fluent in spoken and written), knowledge of German and other languages is a big advantage
  • IT skills: Excellent handling of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Mural) is an advantage
  • Understanding of the customer insights and data analysis
  • A high degree of teamwork, initiative and personal responsibility, willingness to work in the context of various business issues
  • Being self-motivated and organized with a desire to learn and provide your ideas on business process improvements
