  • Your responsibility will be the market and competitive analysis, to contribute to the formulation of our business and go-to-market strategy as well as to identify trends and threats for our business. For this you apply modern intelligence methods and manage research sources.
  • You work in close alignment with the sales regions as well as the innovation, application, and engineering departments. You evaluate trends, competitors and technological solutions to develop a deep understanding of markets, growth areas and customer needs.
  • You collect, analyze, and evaluate market and competitor development insights, formulate recommendations for management, sales, and portfolio planning. By this you contribute towards increasing EOS’ product market fit and sales revenues.
  • Development and generation of regular reports and management briefings on current market situation, competitive environment and future market trends is part of your work.
  • You will provide relevant market information to other internal functions and support business cases and cost-per-part calculations. This includes companywide communication of market intelligence reports and findings.
  • You are familiar to work with large databases to generate hidden insights with reliable accuracy.
  • In addition, you will ensure that you follow all occupational safety measures.

  • Completed master’s degree in business administration or industrial engineering
  • Experience in market intelligence, strategy, or a customer-oriented function
  • Deep understanding of the AM industry and technology
  • Understanding of commonly used management tools and techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience in handling databases
  • Accustomed to working in close coordination with other areas of responsibility and being able to implement the teams-of-teams thinking
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • High willingness to travel
