What you would do as our Marketing Activation Manager, DAS EMEIA
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Activation Manager for our Digital and Access Solutions (DAS) business segment. Reporting to the Director & Head of Marketing, DAS EMEIA, this role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in B2B marketing within a dynamic, global environment. Ideally based in Berlin, Germany, you will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing international marketing campaigns tailored to the industrial and B2B sectors.
You would also:

  • Lead Campaign Implementation: Drive the roll-out of international marketing campaigns, focusing on building security, digital access solutions, and IoT for B2B clients. Localize centrally developed assets and manage roll-out activities across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa.
  • Coordinate with Local Teams: Collaborate with business development, product, and marketing experts to execute marketing plans. Support local marketers with campaign implementation, translation, and localization. Establish KPIs for local activities and ensure effective local activation and lead generation.
  • Optimize Campaigns: Collect feedback from local teams, optimize online presence and digital lead generation, and support regional trade shows, events, and webinars.
  • Ensure Brand Compliance: Approve marketing materials in line with brand and messaging guidelines and maintain consistency across all communications.

The skills and experience you need
Experiences we value:

  • B2B Marketing Expertise: Proven track record in B2B marketing with a focus on complex products and lead generation. Experience in the industrial or building management sectors is highly desirable.
  • Strategic Execution: Skilled in translating strategic plans into actionable, budget-conscious marketing initiatives. Proficient in managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills with significant experience in an international B2B context or agency setting.
  • Educational Background: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (spoken and written). Proficiency in other major European languages is a plus.
  • Travel Willingness: Ability and willingness to travel internationally as required.
