We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the next phase of growing our jobs business.
The primary goal of the role is to build revenue through diligent cooperation with our industry partners and through marketing our jobs services to candidates and recruiters.
You will work with our social media manager on organic and paid social campaigns. You will also coordinate content with our journalists and advise on SEO to achieve the maximum ROI from your advertising budgets. You will be resourceful in finding creative ways to plan and create campaigns on a limited budget making our own assest work to maximise revenue from our recruitment site.
On the customer side, you will be the contact person for our partners and our direct job advertisers. You will spend part of your time tracking and optimising jobs feeds to ensure the best possible response for our partners and you will maintain a professional dialogue with them, exploring new opportunities and solving such problems that may arise. You will also research our key markets to find new industry partners, in order to expand the range and variety of jobs we can offer our candidates.
From a product perspective, you will work with our CTO to maintain and develop our jobs services, as well as monitoring and screening ads to ensure that the quality of our offering to candidates remains high.

A minimum of 5 years’ experience of the including digital marketing, technology integration, partner management and if some of this comes from the recruitment industry, that would be a plus
Have proven your ability to generate consistent revenue growth in a range of digital arenas
Are highly proficient in SEO, audience segmentation, data analysis and email marketing
Are very comfortable using digital marketing tools such as Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook for Business and LinkedIn
Have great customer service skills and a track record of building effective business relationships
Are passionate about digital marketing, cool under pressure and driven by success
Are excited by the prospect of contributing your skills to other areas of the business
Have outstanding native-level English communication skills (proficiency in other languages, particularly Swedish, German or French, is a big plus)
A university degree in a relevant field
