Description
The Amazon Fresh team is seeking an experienced, talented, and self-driven Marketing Analyst to drive meaningful and scalable metrics and analytical reporting that impact our efforts across Germany, Italy, and Spain.
The ideal candidate must be able to think and act strategically while also delivering comprehensive analyses flawlessly. You’ll be someone who can identify clear learnings from customer data analysis to develop successful campaign strategies. You should be comfortable directing targeted digital programs and focusing on analytics to help us grow our customer base and improve the Customer Experience across Amazon Fresh stores.
Key job responsibilities
– Serve as the local analytics point of contact, which includes owning the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc.
– Build reports and analyses using QuickSight and advanced SQL skills.
– Conduct Customer Analysis and Funnel Management, such as understanding our customer base and owning the customer funnel and main KPIs in partnership with central teams.
– Communicate data clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal formats.
– Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions, and present business reviews to senior management regarding progress and roadblocks.
– Drive automation and simplification of reporting.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
For this position we expect:
– 1 up to 3 years of relevant work experience in online and offline marketing, brand management or related field
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
– Knowledge of current marketing measurement practices and attribution methods in online and offline channels
– Demonstrated experience using marketing metrics to drive business decisions
– Demonstrated experience owning multi-channel marketing programs end-to-end
– Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
– Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
– Fluency in Italian and English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Excellent presentation, organization and account management skills
– Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
– High comfort level with current marketing measurement practices and attribution methods in online and offline channels
