Tasks

Your Role

As a Growth Marketing & Sales Working Student/ Intern, you will support our Director of Growth in driving our sales and marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities include:

  • Sales & Marketing Support:

Assist the Director of Growth with daily activities to boost our market presence and enhance customer engagement.

  • Campaign & Lead Generation:

Plan, execute, and analyze targeted marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate new leads.

  • CHM Administration:

Take responsibility of the system and process administration. Communicate and help to transform leads sucessfully into satisfied encosa customers.

  • Market & Competitor Analysis:

Conduct research to identify market trends, understand customer needs, and analyze competitive strategies to refine our sales efforts.

  • Content & Collateral Creation:

Support the development of sales materials, marketing presentations, and proposals for external partners and potential clients.

Requirements

Your Profile

  • Education:

You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Ideally, you are in the final phase of your bachelor’s or already enrolled in a master’s program.

  • Experience:

Practical experience in sales, marketing, project management, or related areas is a plus. You are eager to further develop your skills in a startup environment.

  • Mindset:

You are proactive, solution-oriented, and ready to take initiative. Creativity and critical thinking are integral to your approach.

  • Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English are essential, along with strong attention to detail.

  • Cultural Fit:
