Join our ICT team as an Medior Application Manager-IAM Coordinator, focusing on elevating and coordinating Identity & Access Management efforts within LYNX. You will act as the pivotal point for IAM, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to enhance our security framework and ensure robust access controls.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all IAM-related matters.
  • Translate business needs into actionable IAM requirements and initiatives.
  • Manage the entire user lifecycle including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews.
  • Formulate and uphold IAM policies and standards, focusing on role-based access control.
  • Monitor IAM policy compliance and orchestrate enhancements.
  • Lead incident response efforts to uphold business continuity.
  • Innovate user interfaces and self-service capabilities to improve user engagement while ensuring security.

Measurable Outcomes:

  • Efficiently coordinate access reviews with Application Managers.
  • Address and resolve conflicts in duties segregation.
  • Biannual preparation and presentation of IAM status reports to management.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IAM processes and systems, excluding internships or student jobs.
  • Proven track record of implementing RBAC in complex environments.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and related cloud infrastructures.
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, EntraID (Azure AD), SSO, and IT/Information security.
  • Agile and ITIL framework knowledge.
  • Self-organized, independent, with a rigorous analytical approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
