  • Abwicklung von Fremdfertigungen
  • Request and comparison of offers
  • Conducting price negotiations and concluding agreements up to orders with national and international suppliers
  • Processing of incoming goods, document procurement
  • Complaint management
  • Close cooperation with other departments
  • Monitoring of stocks and orders as well as supplier and deadline controls
  • Creation of purchasing-specific evaluations
  • Further development & optimisation of purchasing processes
  • Coordination of supplier visits incl. participation

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im operativen- oder strategischen Einkauf
  • Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Conscientious, precise and quality-conscious way of working
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in MS Office und SAP (oder in anderen ERPs)
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Verhandlungsgeschick und Kommunikationsstärke
