You’ll work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to turn data into action, shape strategic decisions, and drive initiatives that move the needle for the business. This role is ideal for former consultants or operators looking to apply their skills beyond slide decks—bringing bold ideas to life and helping scale what matters most.
- Partner with senior leaders to identify and evaluate strategic opportunities that drive growth, efficiency, and long-term value.
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Operations, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
- Build scalable frameworks and planning tools to support executive decision-making, track performance, and prioritize what matters.
- Analyze core business metrics, synthesize insights, and recommend action plans that drive measurable improvement.
- Spot inefficiencies and operational pain points, and implement practical, high-impact solutions.
- Champion a test-and-learn culture—bringing both rigor and agility to how we tackle business challenges.
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain), investment banking, or strategy roles in tech, marketplaces, or SaaS.
- Proven track record of owning and delivering cross-functional strategic initiatives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical skills, with fluency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, Tableau) to extract insights and drive decisions.
- High EQ and excellent communication skills—able to influence stakeholders at all levels and translate complex ideas into compelling narratives.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and a bias for action.
