Job
We are looking for a top-notch office and community manager to join our fast-growing company. You will be support our global community and distributed teams, take care of our office and staff in Berlin as well as coordinate daily activities related to to Yassir Berlin’s office. If you are a forward thinker who relates well to people and is driven to exceed expectations, we need you on our team
- Caring for the well-being of our employees and supporting the onboarding process
- Work closely with the general manager to implement strategic initiatives across the product & technology department
- Be the point person for our community hub
- Maintain our knowledge base and own our community tools notably slack and Notion
- Foster a culture of sharing, mutual trust, support, and celebration
- Propose new ideas on how we can grow and strengthen a sense of community and belong at Yassir regardless of geographies
- Scheduling meetings between the company employees and different stakeholders
- Ensuring a great experience at the office and managing daily office support and supply activities
- Organizing business trips (reservation of transport, tickets, hotels)
- Supporting our marketing campaigns and event organization (meetings, seminars, training, celebration parties)
- Researching and procuring different products and services required in the office
- Liaising with our landlord, the public authorities if and when needed and different stakeholders
- Writing Minutes of meetings and following up on action
- At least one year of experience as an office manager in a startup environment
- German and English language skills are a must. Arabic or French is a plus
- You are familiar with Notion and Slack and you stay up to date with the latest tools that could make life easier
- Experience building online and/or offline communities is a plus
- Previous experience in organizing events and business trips
- Customer-centric mindset and attention to detail
- Outstanding written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and project management skills
- A working visa or permit in the European
