We are seeking a part-time Office Event Coordinator (m / f /d) to join our team for about 20-25 hours per week.   • Promoting a culture of inclusivity by encouraging participation in office events and ensuring that all team members feel welcome, engaged, and valued in everything from daily interactions to larger celebrations, while fostering connections with colleagues across our global hubs to build a unified and collaborative team spirit
  • Planning and coordinating office events, such as breakfasts, (ordering) lunches, happy hours, bigger events and team building events
  • Ensuring office efficiency and that our office is up to standard work environment codes, organized and tidy, including watering plants
  • Coordinating celebrations for birthdays and work anniversaries, organizing thoughtful gifts, and ensuring special moments are recognized and appreciated across the team.
  • Acting as a point of contact for visitors from other company office locations
  • Ordering office supplies and equipment, including snacks, drinks, and exploring new perk options to enhance the overall office experience
  • Assisting other teams with office-related needs, such as coordinating shared office space logistics, planning cross-team events, and providing general support to enhance office collaboration and efficiency.
  • Managing our “office happiness” budget and keeping records of spending
  • Acting as a contact person between our office business center and our employees

  • 2+ years experience in office/event planning or a similar role
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (our company language). Danish language skills are an huge advantage
  • Experience in invoicing, payments, cost tracking
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • A good eye for details
  • Flexibility and ability to meet deadlines
  • Workable proficiency in Google communication tools and other relevant software
  • Ability to think creatively and outside the box to plan and execute events and activities that are engaging, fun, and memorable
