nAs Operations Associate (Germany) you will work in close collaboration with the German Market Operations team and support with analysis and planning of our infield and warehouse operations across all cities. In addition to this you will work with the execution of fleet optimisation processes and act as the bridge between the local- and central teams for continuous improvement of our operations and service locally. This will include:n

  • nSupporting the German Market Operations and local teams with analysis and follow up of operational data for the infield and warehouse operationsnn

n

  • nPlanning local logistics, e.g. deployment, collection, rebalancing and transportations of vehiclesnn

n

  • nWorking continuously with implementation of product and process optimization to ensure our fleet is achieving the highest possible utilisation, while managing costnn

n

  • nAssisting the warehouse organisation with strategic planning to ensure efficient operations and implementation of standard operating procedures and best practicesnn

n

  • nManaging relationships with 3PLs and internal teams to ensure efficient in field operations, while maximize fleet uptimenn

n

  • nSupporting with administration of invoices, approvals, contracts and follow up for the local operationsnn

n

  • nWorking in close collaboration with the rest of the Market Operations team and act as the bridge between central- and local teams to continuously drive improvements in our ways of working and servicenn

nWe’re looking for an eager and analytical problem solver, with the ability to work independently and in collaboration with a diverse group of people, and adapt quickly to changing priorities and situations. In addition to this, we believe the right person has:nn

  • nProfessional fluency in English, fluency in German is a meritnn

  • nA Bachelor within business, economics, engineering or similarnn

n

  • nExperience working in management consulting, logistics, operations or similarnn

n

  • nExperience from analysing large data sets in G-sheets or Excel, experience with SQL and Metabase is a meritnn

n

  • nExperience from creating presentations in G-slides or Powerpointnn
