We are looking for individuals who want to join our Team in Sinsheim!
n
- nAll aspects of Contract Management with emphasis on meeting fill rates and all contractual obligations to the customer to include any deliverables.nn
n
- nAssist with Business Development by establishing and maintaining professional relationships and identifying potential opportunities. Assist with Technical Proposal development as applicable and requested.nn
n
- nSpecific growth goals will be developed in coordination with the Managing Director and Director of Business Development.nn
n
- nProvide Quality Control Assurance – conduct spot checks and regular QC inspections to ensure the highest possible quality of operations as described by each contract. Develop mitigation and risk management strategies as required.nn
n
- nOversee Security Operations (background checks, OPSEC, I-watch training, etc.)nn
n
- nAssist with recruiting qualified candidates to fill existing and potential new positions, conduct interviews, participate in job fairs, etc.nn
n
- nConduct interviews, make candidate selections, provide salary recommendations, and assist with onboarding.nn
n
- nEnsure timely submittal of employee time sheets, review and approve/deny absence requests.nn
n
- nBackfill coordination – no gaps in service if possible/required by the contract.nn
n
- nFinancial overview of contracts to maintain situational awareness of individual contracts and LOB profitabilitynn
n
- nWorking with HR and the corporate attorney, address any legal matters that may arise.nn
n
- nAssist with invoicing to verify amounts, hours billed, and expenses as requested.nn
n
- nExpense Monitoring and approval of Travel.nn
n
- nEquipment Ordering, Maintenance, and Inventory/Accountability.nn
n
- nDirectly supervise Project Managers, Team, and/or Site Leads.nn
n
- nPerform as FC corporate interface and establish strong working relationships with Business Partners, COR’s and Contracting Officersnn
n
- nProvide oversight and coordinate with the corporate Safety Specialist to ensure a safe work environment.nn
n
- nFluent Englishnn
n
- nExperience Managing a diverse teamnn
n
- nKnowledge of German and US labor lawsnn
n
- nExperience with the US Military is preferred but not requirednn
n
- nBachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or five years of relevant work experiencenn
n
- nExperience building strong relationships with customers and managing contractsnn
