As our Operations Manager in Business Development and International Expension, you will be responsible for improving and executing the processes that connect our international partners and subsidiaries. You will play a pivotal role in managing the complexities associated with material sourcing, product transfer, and prioritization to maximize value creation in our international operations and beyond. In your role, you will also support the global key account team.

  • International Collaboration: Further define and manage the interface between our global partners and subsidiaries, ensuring smooth and efficient communication and operations.
  • Process and Quality Management: Provide strategic guidance – develop and enforce structured processes to adapt to local conditions without compromising quality, maintaining high product standards across all international factories.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Key Account, Product Compliance, Quality Control and Assurance, and R&D, to drive process improvements and innovation.
  • Business Development: Support the digitalization of sales processes (internationally) to enhance efficiency and market reach.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in international process management, preferably in the food or flavour industry.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent data analytics skills, especially MS Excel.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with international teams.
  • Experience in process optimization and quality control.
